By using the services of GFX Wall Printing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
GFX Wall Printing offers direct-to-wall and surface printing on materials including but not limited to: brick, wood, glass, and metal. All work is carried out with care and precision using professional equipment.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and begin the design/proofing process.
The remaining 50% is due immediately upon completion of the job.
We accept bank transfer or card payment.
Late final payments may be subject to a daily fee of 2% interest after 7 days.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable once the design proof has been approved.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your booked date.
In cases of severe weather or equipment failure, we may reschedule at no penalty to either party.
4. Wall & Surface Conditions
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, or debris.
GFX Wall Printing is not responsible for ink performance on damaged or improperly prepared surfaces.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of surface issues (e.g. moisture, flaking paint, etc.) before the job.
5. Design Approval
All artwork will be digitally proofed and approved by the customer before printing.
Once approved, no further design changes can be made.
GFX Wall Printing will not be liable for any errors missed during proof approval.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, GFX Wall Printing is not liable for incidental damage to wall surfaces (e.g. paint lifting on poor-quality finishes).
We are fully insured for public liability up to £ 5 Million.
7. Intellectual Property
You must own or have permission to use any images or designs you supply.
GFX Wall Printing reserves the right to use images of completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Complaints & Disputes
Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of job completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and professionally.
9. Privacy
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required for processing your booking. See our [Privacy Policy] for more details.
